Clean Slate Training is about thinking differently and how this can be applied on a practical basis.

With job seekers we run interactive workshops, such as our On the Job programme, to review individuals' skills and make plans towards goals in the future. We help learners get familiar with Word and the internet, then bring all the elements together to create a winning CV that in itself gives confidence to individuals while remaining an essential tool for accessing employment.

Clean Slate Training has developed professional development programmes that aim to:


improve leadership skills for managers and support workers


build communications skills that inspire and engage


develop motivational strategies to help team members and service users deliver on their potential

We understand the challenge of working in the third sector because its where we work too, delivering on the front line not just in classrooms. We appreciate the demanding nature of delivering social outcomes when it seems all the odds are stacked against us and our service users. This experience is applied to our training, supported by professional tutors and practitioners.
